Hhhhhmmm I really don't know if I will be able to get grips with my new free yoga life.
I am currently teaching 2 permenant classes in Canary Wharf and kind of winging the rest of my days. So thats 3 hours of work a week...correct the rest of my days to decide what I should be doing. It's strange making my own decisions since leaving training, I am my own boss and it's nice to have that freedom although sometimes makes me feel lost and begin to miss LA teacher training. Since I have come home I have completely lost my appetite shocking I KNOW! Although I did divulge in a few Clotted cream & cherry scones, so I have made the executive decision of whatever I do eat it should be as much calories as POSSIBLE!

Helena Biggs Class! Awesome it's brilliant going to fellow students classes it's amazing support for us all whether your taking the class or teaching it. LOVE LOVE LOVE HELENA incredible teaching, beautiful voice and a lovable spirit!

Billi's second class! What a buzz she really found her feet and her personality really shone through. Incredible difference from the first class. This is what it's all about can't wait until Monday 9pm!
Monday 4th July
Revision all day in the sun, improve the tan and work on the dialogue, if I shut my eyes I'm back in La La land. One of my best friends Lisa Dee came to my class her first Bikram class ever scary but good. Standing in reception realizing there are around 10-15 new starters in this Monday evening class.
Really found my confidence this evening, I felt powerful from start to finish all the nervous notions from the first class had completely gone. People asked when I would be teaching next & also thanked me for a good class. It's such a beautiful feeling I am now back at home laying
on the sofa cuddling with Alex and writing this blog. I am truly blessed.

Friday 24th June
Revision day with Billi, this went well started off with me being an hour late...
Obviously nothings changed we got distracted by food, then gossip. Eventually we started dialogue in the garden with Woody & Peanut (Billis Dogs) what a good team especially when Woody & Peanut was taking up the Yoga whilst I was trying to demo the floor series. Good revision time. Ready for Billis first class tomorrow CAN NOT WAIT!!!
Whoop 1st night out back! Very excited for a wild night out at the Hoxton Pony. Sooo nice to see the girls. The night started off with the usual drinks & dancing wanted to remember tonight SO NO SHOTS! Awesome night full of wild dancing followed by a lady pile up...time to go home now. Maloy & I take it too far oppps.
Saturday 25th June
Billi's first class!!!! Oh dear with a hangover no way could I ever teach a class feeling like this, I need to evaluate my future social life....
Billi's class was awesome really rocked it! Spool proud of her had the dialogue down and did incredibly. I need to study more definitely.
Damn not happening today I've got Alissa's baby shower at mine. Got home to find little Antronella in my bed super hungover. Had such a wonderful day with the girls NO ALCOHOL at all. mummy & Daddy Hong are home tonight whoop! So nice to see them Alex & I was super sleepy but stayed up to see them tea & cupcakes and a wicked catch. Missed them soooo much. Mummys advise for my 1st class "Be just like me confident & calm not like your Daddy." hahaha too funny.
Sunday 26th June
Ahhhhhh woke up this morning nervous but excited! Right ready ready ready for class this evening. Spent the entire day with my parents was soooo nice shopping and Lunch before they left me to do a bit of revision in the garden, absolutely boiling today!!! Nice got my Lulu lemon CRAZY cropped pants on and black crop top, very happy with my outfit choice. Alex took me to the studio was wonderful to see a few friendly faces, Gemma, Shaz, Sophie and of course Steve & Billi! The class was going well oh except only did 5 sets of pranayama in the second set whoops! The rest of the class got left & rights muddled up but felt good! In fact invicible things can only get better from here. I really felt a true buzz powerful from teaching! Love love love and can't wait for my next!!! Alex came in at Rabbit pose looking at me through the glass window his support made me feel great!

London Air
Love love love London! The minute I land down pour, what a way to be greeted, when I come out of arrivals I look for Alex, his just standing there watching me waiting for something to happen...bless him I think he was in shock it's been 9 weeks the longest time we have been apart. On the way home the scene is set raining and gloomy but Alex & I couldn't care less we have each, listening to great music / Bens band Lavista & one of the tracks is called "London Air". When I get home it's perfect & clean and I am also welcomed with a huge bunch of white & pink roses Alex is very proud of his home made flower display. Sooo nice to be home, with Alex friends & family.
Tuesday 21st June
Wakey wakey rise & shine, 11.30am eyelash appointment, laser yes....Princesshongers is back!!!! Went in my old office Clarins, funny even though I was here for 5 years really felt like a visitor, my desk is no longer my desk and neither is the office although no matter what I will still remain good friends with the team Louisa,Castleface & Justine! Very late brunch with Aurora...actually skipped the food and gossiped over a bottle.
Went and met up with Swani, Quaung, Kirsty & all my nieces & nephew god they have grown it's only been 9 weeks & their all my height. Yoga is suppose to stretch your spine well I'm still waiting...oh amazing news Tuan (My big Bro is coming for 3 weeks in July) his the person that mainly encouraged me to go for the Bikram training.

OMGesus slept in till 3pm obviously I really needed it! Finished all my house things and made Alex a lovely romantic meal LOVe cooking zoo nice to have a home cooked meal. Today ideally should have revised dialogue although I watched the entire season of Gossip Girl & 90210!!! It was too damn gripping.
Thursday 23rd June
After only a few hours of sleep got up at 530am to attend 6am class at Canary Wharf. I actually miss the double yoga sessions a day felt a bit worried about not practicing for a week but it was totally fine of course 30 people in the room it was in fact bliss! Conny the manager is looking forward for my first class Sunday 6pm and emailed in the afternoon offering 6am classes which works perfect for me! It's all happening and I love it. back home to organize Alissa's baby shower! What a busy week I have now uploading pictures on Facebook & wrinintg this blog Oh dear no dialogue again surprise surprise ! Although I have managed to clear the Sky plus memory 74% free now so Glee today, Gossip Girl & 90210 down only raising hope to go!

Good Bye LA LA Land xoxo
Ready ready ready!!! Going to make the most of my last day yes in deed deedy! Showered and brunch which was sooo lovely! Steve & Paula are soo generous and kind really makes me feel welcome sharing funny stories of training and more Steve let us know he had his belly button pierced at a Paul Weller concert....absolute roar of laught from Cara & I how surreal!!!!
Getty Museum to absorb some culture and art. What an amazing place, beautiful unique gardens, sculptures, a special history of Cuba exhibition.
Then we hit Santa Monica, anyone say bloomingdale sale...I really wanted a Marc Jacobs clutch...wah no luck time to leave Billi & family and get a taxi the Radisson or not Karima wasn't leaving the championship until 4.30pm so one last walk in BrandyMelville & Nordstorm finally purchased a cute pair of toms comfy shoes! Then taxi back - miracle worker again!!! How was I going to do this! 9 weeks worth of shopping in 2 cases which had to be 23kg...screw it I'll pay the extra fee! Final dinner with Karima and met up with Ben & Gemma also, strange but just felt like I was in-between classes or something. It definitely did not feel like the last supper. Farewell to Ben from Taz, good luck in your music career...and teaching.
To the airport! Of course one of my cases was 33 KG so a penalty fare just my style. Karima kindly took me and shared a very emotional farewell. This was hard but I was strong a few tears but a sheer feeling of relief to be coming home to my reality and life with Alex. These 9 weeks have been difficult without him but worth everything we have both felt being absent from each other a new founded respect for each other.
Straight my gate boarded the plane immediately. Watched the Kings speech which is completely suiting after learning how to control my nervous enertoad en delivering my dialogue - what an increible movie. Now sitting here listening to the XX album NOT crying, yes NO tears writing 4 days worth of blogs then revision on my dialogue in preparation for my first class this time next week!

Where am I who am I ???
Water...thirsty...woke up at 6am with the driest mouth ever!!! Guzzling water to the point it was dripping all over my face when an arm reaches out oh yeah Cara stayed my loud thirst quenching drink woke her up. Back to bed but not for long...RING RING - "Morning Get up! Pack! we're leaving at 10am!!!" shouts a very excited Billi. Oh yes she had a hair appointment in Rodeo for 11am! The first day of freedom what better way to spend it with last minute shopping trip. I looked at my disgrace of a room where I decided to pack last night drunk bad bad bad idea now I had to reorganize and reevaluate my situation. I have shopped soo much I wasn't too sure how I could make this work, phew I did it - yoga teacher & miracle worked my talents are endless.
Bumped into Wayne on my dash out an emotional hug and wished him all the best for the future.
All checked out and ready to hit Rodeo, what a beautiful day sun shining felt beautiful not even a tiny bit of a hangover. Left Billi at Cristophe a extremely flash & trendy hairdressers, whilst Cara & I nit the shops. First stop ye old faithful Victorias Secrets, last minute yoga stuff for my teaching career then Lulu Lemon soo much amazing outfits I could teach in huge blow out...whoops my case was already on it's maximum capacity! Cara and I had stumbled across the Debbie Reynolds Exhibition & Auction! This amazing place had every iconic outfit from Film history to the famous Marilyn Monroe white dress to the armor in Ben Hur. Definitely a highlight of my holiday...I mean my Yoga training. The most interesting thing I saw was the auction of Judy Garlands Dorethy blue & white dress from the wizard of OZ. Starting $80,000 and sold for $1000,000!!! Lunch with Billis parents and Cara, Billi eventually finished her hair at 5pm but it was worth it, blonde babe. Walked down Rodeo drive obviously Chanel was the first place, hhhmmmm this seasons colours beige, brown & grey - not happy enough for me I require a Pink Chanel maybe next season...

What a complete difference wowsters "FANCY PANTS OR WHAT" this contemporary plush hotel decor is right up my street. Feel like Princesshongers through & through! LOUISA SMITH called me sooo nice to catch up & can not wait to be go out with a bang tonight!!! Got ready for dinner at Dria's followed by nightclub! What an eventful evening Cara's little bro Tom & friend Noah joined us for Dance off!!! Tequila shots, Red Wine, Vodka soda, finishing off with a Whiskey Ginger obviously making up for lost time. Guest appearance from Mary J Blige! And she sang live! Awesome. Pole dancing with Billi & Tom hahaha nuts! The clubs in LA finsh early was solo not ready for bed & nit her was Cara! Wanted to dance more, so Billi was a good girl and went straight back whilst Cara and I went to an after party with some residence at the W Hotel whom we soon learnt owner half of Dria's what a plush apartment next door to Justin Timberlake pity he was an absolute prick, every thing mentioned to us regarding the apartment had an announcement of the price tag-reality slapped me in the face get home now this is such a waste of my life so we made a sharp exit and shame couldn't back into the suite neither of us had a key! Damn had to wake Billi up double shame!

Graduation
This day I know was going to be unusual although the lost in limbo feeling I had felt earlier this week had disappeared. Right early start need to glamorise myself after a stressful 9 weeks with lots of blood sweat & tears I was more then ready to truly go wild.
The day started with a trip to starbucks to get my chai tea fix.
Full cleanse then hair appointment in Lilly's room which looked like the set of Americas next top model, make up artists and hairdressers blowing drying and spraying up a frenzy! Sat in the chair getting a wedding style up do with a glass of champagne feeling like this is how it may feel when I am eventually getting married, pampered & feeling more special then ever. Time was definitely not on my side, felt completely rushed, unfortunately I am a skilled false eyelash attacher so spent some time doing this for others...selfless or what! I decided the thought of collecting my certificate with unpainted nails would NOT be an option therefore during the seating in the ballroom hall I gave myself a French manicure. I don't think my fellow students around me was impressed by the fumes but what could I do? My nails are a huge part of my life.
The graduation speeches from Lisa Jonhnson, Rajashreee, Emmy, Bikram, & Jim was brilliant and most of all the the demonstration team with Tully, Andrea from my group was a true inspiration although Estella a dancer showed her elegance & grace performing every posture at the advanced level.
Certificate time, as I joined the que in alphabetical order I began to think this is it, 9 weeks of this intense training - 2 weeks of Anatomy, 7 weeks of full dialogue revision, 80 lectures, 98 Yoga classes & a handful of Bollywood movies to the early morning had finally come to an end. Billi, Wayne, Ben & I had kept a squeaky clean record of not one make-up class, incredible. All this hardwork to receive a confirmation certificate proving every bead of sweat was worth been it and to continue practicing what we preached, back to the 37 countries where we have all came from and inspiring others to improve their health and possibly inspire them to become Bikram yoga teachers themselves.
Party time! Dinner was served followed by drinks at the the bar downstairs! After several shots of tequila with Lilly, Red wine with Cara & Billi & a much deserved gin & tonic with Wayne I was ready to hit the dance floor! Get down low and dougy! Sooo much fun although the rest of the night was a blur - evidence of late night room service and a video Billi took of Cara & practicing yoga in my room - oh dear....
I would not have changed anything I have experienced the past 9 weeks, Billi & I worked hard but played hard...actually maybe played a bit more then we should have.
I have met the most incredible spirits here
Karima beautiful on the inside & outside.
Wayne a true rock & someone who pushed me to my potential.
Ben an amazingly good guy with the pure talent of music which makes my heart go warm.
Maggie loud and proud but beyond that a true heart of gold.
Ambiya a powerful woman with who taught me to see the good in everyone.
And last but the most important person on my training Ms Billi Mucklow the most fearless, confident person on this training course. Even though I have superficially looked after Billi she has emotionally looked after me, every teardrop, laughter & rage shared with her. I know this is only the beginning of Princesshongers & Brave Billis Bikrams International Adventures...........

Final day
Last day of classes feels completely surreal. 8.30am class taught by Rajashree - what a powerful class I always feel much stronger practising next to friends Luiciana, Helena, Beau, Karima, Ben & Wayne. At the end of the class the whole of training stood, clapped and showed our respect and thanks to Rajashree, she got a bit emotional which also made most of us share her tears.
Afternoon lecture was very much required, Bikram had to go through the rest of the postures and I was certain there would be plenty of questions - I had an inkling this day would be longer then expected. Well what do you know I was right he completed the postures at 6.30pm therefore class began at 7pm instead of 5pm.
This class was a defining moment for all 430 students. All additional family, friends, guest teachers, and everyone whom has come for the championships & graduation would be attending this class making it possibly 700 plus in the hot room with us today surely some kind of record. You could feel the excitement and power from everyone. Billi & I got an incredible place at the front with Nancy, Karolina, Tully, Karima & Dee. I felt awesome during this class Strong, powerful & focused the sheer confirmation this class was my last on training. My 9 week journey had come to the end, an absolute evolution from the first class where I left the hot room, missed postures & lost determination. Today I had given my mind, body soul to my practise and truly believe this training has made me a stronger person. The class finished on a high, spine twist where I could feel the tears of pure genuine happiness pushing through. The class roared with cheers - everyone showed each other how proud they where of themselves & fellow students. Billi & I had an emotional hug with tears of joy, for 5 whole minutes I completely lost myself in the joy & cheers hugging sweaty bodies...then I threw myself back into my reality this was actually gross I had to leave and shower and cleanse my aura.
Bikrams last lecture, deep meditation and the end of this training and it wouldn't be a lecture without Billi getting her blackberry taken off her.
Afternoon lecture was very much required, Bikram had to go through the rest of the postures and I was certain there would be plenty of questions - I had an inkling this day would be longer then expected.
