The delivery of Half Moon in front of Bikram & entire lecture hall is a wonderful process not just for Bikram to meet every individual student but the entire group to have a 5 minute insight to you without the formalities. This incredible experience has brought people here from every corner of the world from Australia, Japan, South Africa, and the list goes on all brought here for 9 weeks away from Husbands, wives children by our individual choice. 430 students the 39th Bikram teacher training course. We finally got to bed at 4am last night so 3 hours of sleep has surprisingly not affected my practise. Today I have thought clearly enjoyed my day with Billi organised what fun things we'll be doing on the weekend. I really am grateful we have each other this bond will remain forever, it's as if we've been friends for years luckily with the same sense of humour and same interests.
Today left the grounds of the hotel adventure for dinner, you could literally go the whole week without leaving your room and the Yoga halls intense. Before class a guy was playing the Piano incredible talent followed by another talent during class an American girl with the most beautiful opera voice makes you think of all the talents we have although chosen to take the Bikram journey instead. Good day although missing Alex loads now what a sap.
