Sindy from London taught this morning - amazing HIGH ENERGY class! Makes such a difference London girls, Helena, Luiciana, Billi & I went straight to the front. Er oh I was right next to the demonstration team, interesting how good my practise will be next to these PRO's. Good class strong and focused. Sindy was awesome representing for LONDON!!!
12noon Emmy did a demonstration Advanced class with the best Yogi's World champions from around the world, Ashley-Vancover, Brandy-LA, Juan, Eric, Joseph-Australia and much more, infact there was 2 juniors one boy, one girl no older then 12. What an incredible class, it literally BLEW MY MIND. Never seen an advanced class before 84 postures at the highest level I will ever see in my life. I could not keep my eyes off Ashley graceful, precise, focused & the strength was immense. Elen from teaching training was also doing this demonstration she was STRONG. This inspirational class shows what level you could be at through persistence and hard work.
No afternoon class although Rajashree finished her lecture and Bikram continued his. Billi's parents Steve & Paula arrived today she was in her eliment. She's been waiting to see them! Was nice to see her happy makes the whole graduation feel soo close now.
Bikram hit us with another Bollywood...I knew it was too good to be true.
