Not feeling well today sicky sick sick infact. So 8.30am was not the Nestor my ability looking forward for my body to relax this weekend. Need to also practise dialogue - go away distractions!
So afternoon lecture consisted of Bikram TV show interviews from the 70's to the now. First time seeing clips of Rajashree practising was very impressive. Seeing Bikram from 27 to now notings changed.
5pm class film crew in - wahhh totally forgot wish I wore a cuter outfit. Oh well I shortly forgot about when Bikram told us we had the night off! Amazing freedom Friday! Dinner with Ben, Wayne, Tully, Nancy & Karima. Was really nice to be way from e hotel nice & normal. Then met Billi & Cara not a late night, infact sensible all home before 12midnight
