Very good study day infact STAR PUPIL 12noon to 6pm revision now Cobra to Full Locust is all a blur, I've had enough!
From the advise of my fellow Yogi's Billi and purchased some Epsom Salts decided to give it a whirl although the box doesn't guide how much to use so I just whacked in a full cup filled the bath with boiling hot water and thought I was going to DIE, couldn't breath the steam was killing me. I was going to die in Radisson LAX naked!!! Phew I made it and body feels 100%
Billi & decided we'll join the Hollywood smile by purchasing some Extra Strong Teeth whitening strips - let's see how we get on! Ouch already hurt Billi within the first 20mins, gutted can't wait to get White gleaming teeth!
More revision with the girls...hmmmm maybe not Billi has decided to start her Bikram teacher training diary after purchasing a cute pink note book-we're only 5 weeks into training. Karima is actually trying to revise cobra with the Chicago Bulls Vs Miami Heat NBA game is playing. I on the other hand am writing this blog we are very focused cleary.
